If you've ever been in a city with a low budget MLB team, you know its damn near impossible and can take years to build something. NBA and NFL can turn around quick if your owner doesn't try to keep you mediocre forever. So down to NFL and NBA, the NBA relies either on extreme team chemistry and perfect mix of guys, or two transcendent player. Both are really hard to get compared to finding a good coach in the NFL and building a salty D.

That depends on what you mean by winning. Do you mean making the playoffs, because over half the teams in the NBA do that or do you mean actually winning a championship.

If you mean winning a championship then NBA would definitely be the hardest because it depends on luck. If you dont draft a superstar you pretty much have no shot. If you mean making the playoffs then this is the easiest because all you have to be is not absolutely terrible.

I think it is relatively easy to build a winning (not a championship) team in the NBA. you dont need a lebron, you just need a fundamentally sound system, and solid players who actually fit that system.

How do you have 200 post yet so much neg rep :wtf:

I hate how in baseball you draft a player and don't see him for 2 years min in the bigs. Especially if your team sucks. Put that young nikka in there and let him grow

If you have unlimited resources, baseball.

The tigers improving since their record setting losing season is literally mich illitch saying ":manny: fukk it, may as well sign some stars", and playing spend-this-moneyball

Straight out of high school to the majors? Are you crazy? You realize in high school half the pitchers can barely throw a curve ball, let alone a splitter, slider, cut fastball, etc..... Those players need the minors to learn.

Pitchers ok I see your point...but why position players?

At first I was going to be quick to say NBA cause all you need is that one superstar, a star some role pieces but those are not easy to come by in the slightest. Therefore I gotta go with the NFL simply because of the parity factor and the one and done format. With a one and done playoff it pretty much makes it so the "best team" doesnt always win. Another thing is the best team one month could easily fall the next. Case in point the Giants. they went from damn near missing the playoffs to getting hot at the rught time and winning it. You also don't need as much comparative/relative talent on a NFL as a NBA team. Again look at the Giants they lost they bes receivers during the course of the season and someone stepped in and they didnt miss a beat. They have a top 5 to 6 QB and talented dline but really thats where it stops, every other position they were merely ehh at. Compare that to the NBA, over the last decade every team that one the chip had LeBron, Wade, Dirk, Kobe, Shaq, Duncan, Kevin Garnett (these are all hands down the greatest players to play during this era an they either have multiple rings and/or multiple appearances). While in the NFL I cant even really remember the last great RB to win a superbowl, Randy and TO no rings with only one appearance. Teams like the Giants, Bucs, Ravens, Saints have won it.
