shyt sounds like Kurt Angle cutting a promo.

King Henry really is that nikka tho, these defenses know it hurts to tackle him full on in the latter parts of the game after being beat up. That's why they're wrapping his legs after he passes them......that's a 250 Lb running back

QBs are the only NFL players measured like NBA players when it comes to the playoffs. So kill that dumb shyt.

Walter Payton and other greats at RB put up shytty numbers in the playoffs. They didn’t suddenly “forget” their RB instincts in a one game playoff.

shyt is a dumb ass assertion and the LT thing was what I called garbage from jump. Who the fukk think a long time stiff like Phillip Rivers required flexibility in his knee to the same degree as an RB? That shyt was day one dumb.
Who said they forgot their instincts?

Maybe the newer era of fan analyzes athletes differently, because the NBA wasn't always that way, either. You're 50, right? You from a different time period...

Walter Payton would get ate up today for fumbling as much as he did. Things are looked at differently today!

I don’t care what you post. You are a stat diver, not somebody who’s watched the game. Terrell Davis had a straight Play all games with 100 yards. He is not a better running back than Walter Payton. He is not a better running back to Eric dikkerson. He is not a better running back to Earl Campbell. He is not a better running back than LT.

It ain't just him alone in all these cases. Having Ricard as a tank in front of him as a lead out is almost as unfair as any running game can be with the entire NFL philosophy being to sell out on the pass.

Ricard is 6'3" and 300 pounds at full back. The Ravens legit have a 550 pound back field as battering rams and that's outside of Lamar doing Lamar shyt.

Emmitt was Emmitt in my Jr. High and High school years. Plus "dem boys" was dominating. Ppl downplay Emmitt by saying he played behind a elite offensive line. I say you don't become the all-time NFL leader in rushing yards only because of that. I watched every game and I know what I saw. I can honestly say I've seen more "electric " backs, even more dynamic backs (LT is my 2nd favorite RB), but Emmitt was and will always be my favorite running back ever.

I always thought Emmitt got knocked too much for the Great Wall of Dallas. He had 3 of his best 4 seasons (including a league MVP and SB MVP the same year) before they even drafted Larry Allen.

The other offensive linemen weren’t really known as great players. They worked great as a unit and it helped having Emmitt running behind them. They didn’t like Emmitt’s replacement when he held out because they said he ran too fast. Emmitt had great vision and patience and despite not being fast, he had the initial acceleration to get yards when the holes would develop.

Terrell Davis probably benefitted moreso from the O-line and system in Denver than Emmitt in Dallas. Other guys came in after him and were productive, although not Terrell’s numbers.

Just. IMO the defensive schemes are dumb. They should have four linemen instead of two especially when the run is obvious.

In Madden I used I form usally for TE passing or sweeps, but I get it ain't madden. These DCs are dumb tho I agree, 4 lineman set run stopper or force Lamar to pocket pass. he's less comfortable in the pocket than he is while scrambling

The Ricard point, while Ricard is phenomenal in his own right, we saw Henry putting up dominant seasons without a Ricard in front of him and without Lamar as his quarterback. Saw it for 8 years, people who've paid less attention could read your post as, Henry is only dominating because of those two...

You’re the type who thinks an All time great having subpar playoff numbers is a knock on them.
