These are the same rules for every highschool and collegiate athlete I thought? 11 years ago my football coach had us do all that plus wear dress shirts with ties on GameDay.

Bruh, my 8th grade basketball coach had us all dress up in a button up and a tie (clip on was fine) for away games .
