They have way too much talent to be THIS bad. Meanwhile the only one who seems to get a pass and hasn’t changed his play style is Cade. He’s the leader. On paper he is playing well but is he making his teammates better

Ive seen this happen with “Bron Ball” only difference is Cade doesn’t have the power to trade his entire team away mid season :banderas:

and who would come to Detroit after all this anyways :manny:

Maybe Cade has to change, not the Pistons :jbhmm:

Not the main problem.

However, like I said in the other thread, the truth is that guy can't be your best player if you want to win the whole thing or be a legit contender.

Think of all the other teams around the league and all the talent they got. Think of their best players and MVP candidates. Think of the potential next few monsters around the NBA. I simply don't think Cade is truly in that tier.

Pistons need to find a true #1 that can go toe-to-toe with the league's absolute best names and potential players.

1. They don’t have talent. Their draft picks, for the most part, aren’t shot creators.

2. They don’t play defence.

Cade is not the problem.
That Thompson twin isn’t bad

Cade is supposedly a elite guard

Bogdan is a good player

Duren is a walking double double

Is Ivey trash already?

I thought killian was having a better year.

Im not gonna act like I watch entire pistons games, NOBODY deserves that torture but i see clips on IG and they look better than last year at least when CADE WASNT playing

Cade can’t make Wiseman effective AT ALL?

Something isn’t adding up

He is the only player on that team that can create anything at any reasonable starting NBA level. He also isn't an amazing athlete so all the creation he is doing is pure skill level on top of the fact that the type of talent on the team actively hurts his skill expression. Despite that he is still putting in work to try and lead this dog franchise and you have this Jalen Green stan making a thread blaming him. Lets not talk about Tari Eason about to take ya mans spot. Poor mans Clarksons career in Houston is finished

Easier said than done. Only a couple of guys come straight into the league as a #1. It usually takes 2-3 years before a guy becomes a #1. Cade could be "that guy a year to two from now with better shooters around him.
