Hang in there until then end of season 3. I felt the show had ups and downs early on as far as being entertaining, so I understand where you coming from. The Highs were :whoo: but the lows were:ld: It's worth it though in the end for sure. Season 4 is piff and Season 5 is highly entertaining throughout.

thats true the show gets much better in season 4, but seasons 1-3 really arent anything special. i do generally like the show and ill watch it through til the end but i cant imagine ever revisiting it.

nikkas blowed, by the beginning of season 3 that shyt hits its stride. 3 was the most entertaining season to me with 4 a close second.

I've said it before, but Season 3 is possibly the greatest single season of a TV show ever. If you find One Minute, Half Measures and Full Measures and the episodes that build up to them "boring", no words even exist to describe how worthless and shyt your opinions are.

:dahell:

You're making my nikka fred look like a composed, unbiased viewer of the show. Calm down.

I have BB as my 4th best show ever, but I can easily see why it would be hard to get into it. If you're into character progression and development, Walt and, to a lesser extent, Jesse are the only characters that you'll see evolve over the course of the series. Everyone else comes off as accessories to their character arcs. Some of those accessories are cooler and more likable than others, but they're just accessories. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul are great actors so they're able to carry the show, but after Gus and Saul the acting takes a nosedive. The appeal and greatness of the show, besides Cranston's performance, is in the roller coaster ride they take the viewer on throughout the seasons. It's action packed and has an unpredictable plot. But it's not like this show is making you think or is deep in anyway. It works off of the viewers tension and anticipation.

its a lot of unintentionally funny shyt in the show.

I don't think it's unintentional at all. I definitely think the earlier seasons are somewhat reminiscent to a Coen Bros. movie.

i'm about 6-7 eps into season 2 and it's just been alright to me so far.

the drugs shyt is generally fun to watch and anything to do with the family is boring as fukk.

there are zero likable characters on the show. walt is a strange combination of dikkhead and p*ssy. jesse sits there talking mad shyt but in the end will always do what walt tells him to do.

i don't really give a shyt about character progression because i can't stand the characters.

I finished season 3 last week. I was like the OP until midway through Season 3. I would only watch when I was out of other stuff to catch up on. I slowly started to catch on when the Walter's family dynamic changed and they started to turn meth into a real business.

Stick with it. It gets much better.

Breaking Bad just isn't for everyone. You aren't going to get a big pay off at the end of every episode, especially early on. But to me every episode has parts in them that help build the complete story.

I didn't get into until last year and I basically watched an episode every morning and I loved it. I tried to get my wife into and she watched a few episodes and was

I respect where you coming from though because I felt the exact way about Mad Men, I watched the whole first season and was like  it felt like a chore. I'm sure it is great show and the writing is good and stuff, but I never anticipated seeing a new episode..

just saw first 2 EPs of season 1 and got dam this show is dope.

How the hell I sleep on this is beyond me. I love catching on to shows late. I get to watch crazy eps at a time.

:wtf:

I thought you been up on "Breaking Bad" breh. I would've mentioned that a while back, to check out.

If you liked the first 2 eps you're gonna love the show. Walt's transformation from a weak nerd into a murderous villain is :whoo:

Fred.
