My questioning of you having a job has to do with your seemingly posting all day long. Not because you're black.
Simmer down.
Men are being paid more than women because men will get up at 6am and head to teh construction site and work till 6pm and risk their lives daily, men will go down in the mineshaft, men will drive a truck for 15 hours by themselves. The grungier dirty jobs get paid more and such is life.
However there are more women in college and universities than males, soon they will make more as the yhave a stranglehold on nursing, dental hygensists, secretaries etc.

Low paid teachers? up here in canada teachers are not low paid.
Most fastfood workers are immigrants, hospital aids are unionised and so are hotel maids.

No, because there are more men in say, CEO positions. Trust me, their executive assistants are the ones working the long hours more so than them. I can't speak for all women, but I work my ass off, so I can't relate to this notion that women are more "lazy" than men.

Of course there are more men in CEO positions, it can take decades and decades of work crawling up the ladder to be a CEO, it's been less than 50 years since the feminism movement so women are still catching up in that regards, but on boards of most organizations, companies etc. there are women.

Teachers start at $40K and based on experience, their salaries increase.
Unions don't guarantee high-paid positions, just worker's protection and again, why do we have worker's protection? Same reason we have affirmative action and sexual harassment laws: to protect those who really NEED it. Plus, if you're part of a union, you just get more money deducted from your paycheque because you have union fees to pay.
Most fast food workers are immigrant FEMALES and or high school/university students. The ones that are males are the "managers".
