I already said a gripe I had with the movie was that Tony SHOULDN'T be that capable without his armor. If he was shown doing some basic self defense type shyt or just outsmarting his opponents fine, but they had him single handedly taking down professional soldiers and bodyguards without his armor.

I'm sayin' tho. It was better than all three preceding Spider Man movies combined. They finally got spider-sense right, they finally got a wise-cracking skinny kid to play the part. The "Way of the Spider" martial art was done well. Gwen Stacy was canonically accurate... etc...
But dudes didn't like it cause the suit wasn't classic?
shyt is a classic, easily.
argueably the best spidey movie,...
plus, it actually sticks to some type of storytelling that can be traced back to some storyarc or a character that marvel released.
the amazing spiderman was like that computer generated mtv spiderman cartoon, that was so good.
plus they got the lizard so accurrate,..it made it even better.
just great execution, and it surprised me quality wise with how great it was.

Part 2 was good tho, despite Tobey.
part ii, was the goat till the third one made the first two's errors and changes more glaringly obvious.
yet, the first two were good.
the amazing spiderman was a much better start than the first raimey movie.
the raimi movie is ruined by the fact the goblin never kills stacy.
plus, chiclet toothed't ass kirsten dunst will always be the worst casted leading lady ever.
i just can not redeem their choice of mixing and matching mary jane material with gwen stacy material.
it throughs off raimi's vision of doing the early classic tales of spidey on film off.

the only reason RDJ would get the boot was if he was asking for more money/marvel wanted to save money.So knowing that why would they go for depp? U really think depp wouldnt ask for downey money from the jump?
RDJ actually said hes turning 50 and doesnt want to be iron man anymore and has little interest in an iron man 4 and is probably done after avengers 2.. this is all shyt hes said in the past few weeks im sure you can google it
