Yeah breh that damn keto flu is no joke. Over the last few months I implemented prolonged fasting of 36-40hrs at least once a week, it really gets you into heavy ketosis quickly and when I ate the high fats with no carbs/sugar, one day I had a sore throat and the for two days I had a headache, but I dropped like 9lbs in a week.
Keto is a DIET, IF is a lifestyle. I'm about the same height as you, and I'm walking around right now at about 178-183, But I started out at damn near 300, so for me its about heavy toning so the flab can go away from my midsection and lower breast plate. But yeah breh that IF will have you at 170 in no time, you could also do the one meal a day IF which is what I normally do and that also helps.
