Oatmeal in the morning add a teaspoon of brown sugar, dash of cinnamon, kind granola and blueberries, lunch varies maybe a sandwich, dinner varies. That was before starting IF. I work from home so it's mostly due to sitting all day/taking less breaks than I would in the officeWhat do you normally eat?

There are plenty of people who had healthy or semi-healthy eating habits and still got diabetes. Trump eating fast food and drinking Diet Coke since his teens and he’s healthy and not suffering from chronic disease or cancer.
