The best results come from strength training, keep cardio to a minimal maybe 2-3 days a week

High Protein is always the best option so i reccomend buying a Whey Isolate protein shake.. And eat alot of meat, healthy fats, and moderate carbs.. drink the protein shake after every meal to get full

I'm currently doing a Keto-IF so I'm doing low carbs and high protein and fat
Just to experiment it's had good results but I don't see myself sticking with this after a month... I'm thinking of incorporating it at least 2 weeks out of every month

Remember to count your calories within your IF window
Thanks breh and :salute:to all the posters dropping gems yall are a real life savior:mjcry:

Seems daily I'm telling a new person about my journey and how great IF is..
Props to you man your a real life inspiration, when i start to feel lazy and dont want to workout ill pull up this thread.

Do you use any supplements or is it all Natural?

Yeah I do, but nothing relevant to bulking and cutting.

More holistic lifestyle type of supplements

Probiotic, Fish Oil, Multivitamins, Garlic Tumeric; that type of shyt.

I'm not really big on BPAs, creatine, whey and all that shyt anymore. I found it to be a waste of money for me personally.

I don't track calories or macros but I don't eat like shyt either. I usually eat my first meal around 1030-11am after I workout, drink a protein smoothie and eat my last meal around 430-5. I drink hella water during my fast. I sleep better and I wake up feeling fukking great. You give your body time to digest and process food and you feel rejuvenated.
What time you wake up and go to sleep?

I'm 175 as of today. 114lbs down from the heaviest I ever been. I was trying to decide if I wanna get down to 165 before I start really bulking. I spent the last two months fluctuating in the 180s but realized I needed to cut down more.

I work out a lot and I been focused on burning the BF but in the process my muscles now look way more defined and of course I'm leaner.

I been working on a screenplay for about a year, but one of my friends who is an agent is pursuing me to put that on hold and write a book about IF and how it changed my life as a motivation for other people. I even train a few nurses from my hospital in spare time.

I was somewhat subconscious about the loose skin around my stomach and my lower breast plate BUT i spent YEARS destroying my body with horrible foods, its not gonna snap in a year. Its still a journey and a process..

Still looking at my old pics like :hhh:

Well done man, love hearing stories like this
:salute:

The loose skin will go, your body will burn it up as there is protein there - Dr Jason Fung talks about this a lot

Saw this the other day. Terry Crews doesn't eat until 2.

He takes BCAAs or some shyt during the time after working out until 2. My question is, what is he drinking? What are BCAAs?

Yeah that isnt a true fast, as he is taking BCAA's which breaks the fast - but the spike in Insulin is quite small so prob not enough to worry about or kick you out of Ketosis

BCAA's are Brancehd Chained Amino Acids, I sip on them during my workouts, it helps prevent muscle loss and helps with muscle repair.

Its a good way to get your water intake in, as some of the flavours are nice I like the XTend brand.

Its not NEEDED as you can get BCAAs from food, but its an easy way to get them in.

The first week was really hard, I felt like I was always hungry and now I can go 16 hours without food like it's nothing.
