I'm 175 as of today. 114lbs down from the heaviest I ever been. I was trying to decide if I wanna get down to 165 before I start really bulking. I spent the last two months fluctuating in the 180s but realized I needed to cut down more.
I work out a lot and I been focused on burning the BF but in the process my muscles now look way more defined and of course I'm leaner.
I been working on a screenplay for about a year, but one of my friends who is an agent is pursing me to put that on hold and write a book about IF and how it changed my life as a motivation for other people. I even train a few nurses from my hospital in spare time.
I was somewhat subconscious about the loose skin around my stomach and my lower breast plate BUT i spent YEARS destroying my body with horrible foods, its not gonna snap in a year. Its still a journey and a process..
