I'm Carribean and Minaj is from my country, Trinidad. Minaj allegedly just has some INdian admixture. That doesn't mean most or all black Carribean people are. Most Carribean women, the same as the men, are not "part Asian". If you think so, go find me the Carribean genetics which say such (there are none). Most black Carribean men look similar to Antonio Cromartie, who is black. There are no East Asians in Trinidad and Indians stick to themselves, mostly.

No you are the fukking idiot. You will not find any Caribbean person defining themselves as "Asians" , it is why I used the word "Chinee" in one of my posts. The reason I cited Chinese immigration is because many Chinese/ afro descendants define themselves as mixed. Identity in the Caribbean gives fascinating insight into why some groups choose to identify themselves in a particular way. Someone who is of Chinese heritage - they may have had a Chinee grandfather or grandmother, may choose to identify themselves as black because of what they knew growing up as a child for example they mainly had Afro relatives. Some define themselves as mixed, some Mixed Indo Caribbean even people define themselves as solely Indians. It's a creole space so identify is a fluid concept related to status and experience.
