This denouncing of predatory sexual behavior predates the Dave Chappelle video. The term "Rape Culture" was coined by American feminists in the 1970s. This idea that men in the states don't openly espouse similar rhetoric is flat out false, in fact, you don't have to look any further than the Coli to see contemporary examples of it.
One of the best examples is the discourse around the #meToo movement where men are boldly rejecting the idea that Tarana Burke was actually raped because they find her to be unattractive, comparing her to KRS 1, some even called her KRS 2.
But we can pretend that this is something we've left behind after this so-called "culture shift"
Show me a quote or video by someone in the states today saying rape is a consensual act.
These guys are using the same talking points used here in the states.

You even made a point to use a black comedian making a job instead of the predominant american culture of white men raping to try and prove your point. These dudes were known by everyone, including other TCNs for being rapist!
They were caught and stomped out trying to sneak into the female shower tent/Trailers.
They would target the Filipino (male and female) TCNs cause they were smaller and less of them and gang rape them.
There was a few FOBs etc. that they would not let Indian TCNs work cause of their history.

I don't know if such a video exists or how to search for it if one does but a good runner up, in my opinion, is listening to young men here in America discuss the topic of consent.
