I really don't like this verbal consent is the only way to consent talk. If this was true people would avoid every movie where there isn't a verbal "Would you like to fukk?" People would be in the streets calling 50 Shades and Eyes Wide Shut rape scenes. Nobody does this.
Its a NEW way and we are still getting used to talking it out loud as adults. They are concerned that 15 year olds don't know that you are supposed to ask about: Condoms, STDs, Consent, Birth Control. There are non-verbal cues that would have been a better talk I believe.
