In your opinion what is the best Metal Gear Solid game?

Nothing about 2 was good bruh. It was basically a generic 1. Vamp over here being a bootleg Psycho Mantis. That shyt was ass.

2 was a one of a kind, once in a life time event when it came out, it was the original gamers rage like TLOU2 is now. It’s a game that becomes more relevant and more revered as the more time passes. It’s also the game that perfectly sets up the grand conclusion of part 4. If you played Guns of The Patriots without playing Sons of Liberty first you were lost.

Sons of Liberty….even the name is GOAT’d with the added context

1 and 3 w/ 2 being a close, very close, like "breathing down a nikka neck" close. They was on some bullshyt at first w/ the changeup after the tanker chapter, but I hadn't played any MGS since like 99 so I had to deal w/ it, and in the end I really ended up liking Raiden. Almost more than Snake

1 and it's not even close. It's my number 1 favorite game of all time. That game had my mind blown. All the twists and turns and espionage game play was all new for me. The rest just couldn't capture that feel again.

Right because didn't nobody want to play as wack ass Raiden. That was a horrible decision. MGS2 is the most disappointing game of all time. I beat that shyt once and never touched it again.

5 has the best gameplay/graphics I loved how they implemented the peace walker elements but it didn't get a proper ending
4 introduceD the octocamo, weapon customization, I know people roast nanomachines but I enjoyed the story going back to shadow moses in HD, the fight using Metal gear Rex, the fight with Ocelot at the end.



Then the PS2 Era Games Sons of Liberty Snake Eater were excellent and the Part 1 is a legit CLASSIC.

Big Shell was a recreation of Shadow Moses, it was designed as a simulation to recreate snakes experience

Tbh, I don't think u hated him. I think u hated moreso the switcheroo Konami did. They teased us w/ the Tanker chapter for the longest, and then when we finally got the game that part was only a 20 minute prologue.
I think it woulda been dope if they had done a character select w/ branching paths instead of them forcing him on us.
