he is definitely a lyricist no question
Joe Budden is and was overrated as fukk in his era, he was NEVER considered miles above a Fab or a Banks or even a rapper closer to his weight class like Ransom, so wtf he got for Jada? He is a great writer but he really in his heart of hearts feels like he WASNT the weak link in all them Slaughterhouse albums and that he was more important to MC culture than Method Man

I always thought people considered Budden more of a realists more than a lyricists. I was kinda shocked when he got with the 4 Horsemen and he praised as a top lyricists.
