My nikka, do you not know what luck is? Do I need to copy/paste the Webster dictionary definition of luck for you to understand how a fukkin lottery works?

If your focus was on fit then you wouldn't even be worried about Edwards, as he doesn't particularly compliment our core. He's just good. We have 3 20ppg guys in Trae, John, and eventually Cam. We need shooters/defenders, not straight scorers. Problem is, you don't believe that we have the main guys we need yet so you're more worried about getting another guy than in seeing our core develop. Whoever we draft is gonna be a bench piece so I'd rather give my attention to our starting 4 or 5 of the future who are here right now

Do you know how the new lotto works?

The Hawks need talent and quite clearly the core isn’t set considering just a year ago some of y’all had Kevin Huerter as the third piece of our core. We obviously need a second playmaker considering that Collins can’t create and we don’t know what Cam or Hunter will ultimately be. Yes let these young guys develop but am I 100% sold outside of Trae and maybe JC that this is our core? Absolutely not. Y’all opinion of this team is very very different than who they actually are, it’s crazy

You evaluate prospects and 20 year olds by "who they actually are"?

Breh, we talking bout some young nikkas who haven't even ordered their first Old Fashioned yet. Of course we're gonna prognosticate about what Cam is gonna be instead of saying "he's 19 and not averaging 20 a game so ". Looking at this team for "what it actually is" right now is dumb as hell given that we're working on the future. It's okay though breh, you just ain't got the vision

Who told y’all to pump ya brakes on all these unrealistic expectations because y’all were goin into fanboy mode for a team that proved NOTHING last year?

Who told y’all to just sit back and enjoy the development of the team without putting expectations on these young guys to perform?

Yall sittin back and lookin at this team like the core is here. We don’t know that yet. So we still have to go and get talented players and no matter where we draft, get a player we feel good about who can help us win. Y’all act like y’all ain’t never seen a team rebuild before. You have to hit in the draft and it’s still too early to evaluate what we have with a bunch of rookies who are just starting to consistently play well

Wings aren’t consistent enough shooters for the small lineup right now, and the bigs aren’t shooting well from deep either

At least with Bruno/Dedmon/capela in there they’re gonna be able to get some stops

i meant at that point in the game. We went on a helluva run sparked by Cam’s two steals in a row. The arena was electric and it was a close game. Only for the Magic to go on like a 12-0 run.
