I think Latinos and Blacks are less involved in their neighborhood's well being

some of us have that "its not my problem" and "Im not snitching/calling cops" attitude till it gets really bad

I moved into a White neighborhood that is now all Latino and Black and when it was all White people I didnt even know my neighbors juts a quick head nod when i saw them, now I know pretty much the whole block and we're all cool with one another

right, some section 8 ( black ppl ) moved across the street from my parents. A grandmother raising about 7 kids/teens/adults. etc. Straight ghetto mess ( kids playing in the street, arguing all the time, different ppl in and out of the house). Told my mother just call the cops when they are getting loud. For some odd reason she was hesitant to call them but complain to me about them. So i started doing it for her. Cops came to thier house 3 times in one day. Guess what? straight silence since then. Sure the kids are loud frm time to time but they are kids so.People have to stop complaining and do something about it.

its more about economics and opportunity
growing up in these neighbors u get no education
