I support anyone who is trying to gain basic human rights. I have been to a couple rallies that my sister was involved in. I was part of Gay Straight Alliance in high school. Because that kind of thing just seems like the thing you're supposed to do in this world. I don't like people being oppressed, whatsoever. The gay actions of kissing, fukking and what not are gross to me, of course. But love is love. fukk it, man. Long as they're not trying to gay marry me or cause harm to other people, I don't see what the big deal is.

I don't really see a gay agenda. Its just more open than it was in the past because people are less ignorant and less judgmental about that kind of shyt across the board. Why the fukk is it such a big deal? I don't think anyone is forcing the gay on you. Its just out there.

My wife and daughter are in this because if society had to accept theese people as women than my wife and daughter have to compete with them and interact with them as equals. If I send my daughter in a girls restroom and a dude walks up in a wig and goes in. How do I know if he's really gay or just a perv in a wig tryin to peak at lil girls. I'm married so I'm cool, but you straight dudes should worry about this. If society accepts transgendered dudes as women, chances are you could unknowingly marrie a dude, and that's not cool. Society categorizes things for a reason, so we all can know at least what were dealing with. All im sayin is I'm a young heterosexual black male, people view and treat me accordingly. Why do we have to conform and accept what a small portion of society thinks is right. If I am treated as my category dictates than gay people should be treated that way as well.

If you accidentally marry a trans person, that's partially on you, just like if you accidentally marry an adulterer or a former prostitute or whatever else. If you don't know your spouse's past, you lost. No one would force you to "accept" marrying a trans person.

It depends on what you mean. If someone wants to be legally accepted as a woman, or treated like a woman for most intents and purposes, that's fine with me. But I sincerely doubt anyone would want you to accept that a former man is exactly the same as a woman in every way. That would be tantamount to asking you to change your own desires/attractions to accept them, which no one can realistically do. Anyway, I don't think I've ever heard a trans person advocate that scenario. Trans people don't stop identifying as trans after they feel they have transitioned to the opposite category, so it's not like you'd have all these former men/women running around with mysterious pasts and shyt.

The comparison wasn't between those specific things and transgenderism, but rather between not knowing about those things and not knowing about your spouse formerly being a man... the point is, if you don't know your spouse's own past, you share some of the blame. If you want something that is not a behavioral problem, then say your spouse has HIV, for example. The lesson is the same.

But now you're moving into a whole different area. People lying about their pasts is something that people can already do without anyone stopping them. There are people out there who do that with all kinds of things. That has no necessary relationship to being a trans person.

And anyway, you're contradicting yourself- you complain that they are trying to be in everybody's face and be embraced, but then you also say they will lie and pretend not to be trans. It's as if you want to pretend the scenario is only the worst of both worlds, which just can't be logically true. If they want to be embraced, then they wouldn't be lying. If they were lying, it's probably more because they fear not being treated with respect one way or the other and thus aren't all up in your face. IMO, only if it's mainstreamed will you have a better chance of having them NOT lie to you.
