Isn't that what Hillary ran on? Turnout was low.Maybe just maybe the majority of the Democratic base wanted a continuation of Obama’s policies?

I don’t believe so, Hillary wasn’t seen as a continuation of Obama by many I assume. Bill Clinton’s third term maybe.Isn't that what Hillary ran on? Turnout was low.
I doubt that because we wouldn't have Trump nowMaybe just maybe the majority of the Democratic base wanted a continuation of Obama’s policies?
You're mistaken she totally did.I don’t believe so, Hillary wasn’t seen as a continuation of Obama by many I assume. Bill Clinton’s third term maybe.
I believe that America was in a relatively good place during the Obama years which bred complacency. I think that is why turnout was low.
I thought this was about stopping Trump.Maybe just maybe the majority of the Democratic base wanted a continuation of Obama’s policies?
Revisionist history IMO. Bernie only ran in 2016 because Warren didn't. And she was leading the polls last year. She choked on M4A.Warren would be the nominee if it wasn’t for Bernie
People didn't like Hillary and it had nothing to do with policy.Isn't that what Hillary ran on? Turnout was low.
I remember Obama and Hillary marketing her as Obama’s third term but I’m not sure voters believed them. If I remember correctly Obama had an over 60% approval rating before he left office. If Biden ran instead of Hillary Trump would have lostYou're mistaken she totally did.

Hillary Clinton vows a third Obama term, but voters are sick of Obama
And Obama campaigned for her hard.

And generally speaking people were unenthused and you are right the media for the most part downplayed Trump's chances of winning. That in the end hurt her campaign when they think they were helping it. Kinda reminds me of right now, Dems are working overtime convincing themselves Trump has no shot like that helps. lol
The progressive base would have rallied behind Warren if Bernie didn’t jump in. There’s no revision of historyI thought this was about stopping Trump.

Given how Warren and Bernie split at the end, not so sure. I would say the same for Bernie if Warren didn't run. There are clearly some differences in those camps. The progressive base would have rallied behind Warren if Bernie didn’t jump in. There’s no revision of history
They hated a person they don't actually know more than policies that were supposedly well liked and directly effected them?People didn't like Hillary and it had nothing to do with policy.
If her policy was the problem she would have lost in the primary.
Again, not about bernie!People didn't like Hillary and it had nothing to do with policy.

They didn't believe she was going to enact the policies she was going to run on because of how they perceived her as a person. They hated a person they don't actually know more than policies that were supposedly well liked and directly effected them?
I wasn't a Bernie bro until after the 2016 election. I was a hedging, cynical pragmatist who thought Hillary was the best choice. I didn't hate Bernie but I was falling for the Democrat party okie doke. Sound familiar?
