I’m implying that his healthcare bill should’ve been way better and it wasn’t. He admitted to wanting to pass “something” as quickly as possible. He was more concerned about timing instead of quality. And yes, more people were covered, but some people ended up paying more. It wasn’t equally progressive. Not to mention it didn’t last.

What should he have done? It took them over a year to get the law passed. He wanted the public option, but the bill wouldn’t have gotten through the Senate if it was included.

They should’ve, but it was probably less popular then than it is now. I’m still worried that a few centrist Dems will vote to keep it next year if Biden wins.
