get punked by a lower rank.....
Some of them don't be right in the head, though
Being a Combat Contoller, I’ve talked about it numerous times on here. Don’t let this hollywood fairytale movies make you think everyone walking around is jason bourne.
Yes the training is some of the hardest things you’ll ever go through in life. But not every spec ops guy is some elite killing machine. You will meet plenty of PJ’s, CCT’s, rangers, green beret and even Seals that are your regular mill guys, good runners and swimmers and can tolerate high pressure situations but can’t throw hands.
I’ll tell you first hand 12 weeks of Indoc training was hell, but I felt like my 5 weeks of dive school was tougher.
If anyone has any specific questions, i’ll Be more than welcome to answer to a certain extent
Being former airforce, I have a lot of respect for anyone who don't get washed out for those jobs. But the reality is, they're still humans so they're still fragile. I use to work on cv-22s at Kirkland and those planes always come back from the desert with battle damage and stories attached. You have dudes just getting out of long ass training getting gunned down. They can keep that certified badass seal of approval, I'm good with my 9-5 engineering job
Was he short af? Every Seal I met was like 5'4'' for some reason.I almost got into it on the basketball court with a dude in the navy seals in Kuwait. Half CaC/Asian dude was hooping in a backward baseball cap and some hiking shoes and he was super athletic.
When I walked off the court my homeboy told me to “chill out he a navy seal let that shyt go”
I promptly went and dapper the seal up and told him good game.
I thought shyt was sweet but it was the other way.

We will operate our own rigid inflatable boats, lightweight buggy's, every any type vehicle you can think of from atv's to MRAP's, motorcycles. But never the chinooks, blackhawks or pavehawks, I'm sure some have requested to get a little hands on training but not myself personallydo they learn how to operate all military vehicles? tanks, small boats, helis..... jets?
Thread strikes me as lowkey worship of a mythically unbeatable US military. Many of those special forces soldiers can and have been touched.
