Because NK and Iran aint dropping nukes on other countries, and those countries have a fraction of the US' military might. There is such a thing as peaceful coexistence.

Being former airforce, I have a lot of respect for anyone who don't get washed out for those jobs. But the reality is, they're still humans so they're still fragile. I use to work on cv-22s at Kirkland and those planes always come back from the desert with battle damage and stories attached. You have dudes just getting out of long ass training getting gunned down. They can keep that certified badass seal of approval, I'm good with my 9-5 engineering job
