Bro, there's virtually no one that will agree that Spence is bigger than Canelo & I can't believe I'm even arguing this lol. The cinnamon one for the longest was fighting at "Canelo weight" instead of Jr. Middle because he couldn't make it anymore & that was several years ago. Canelo is built dense & if he let himself go while not training like Spence did I have no doubt he's probably walking around 190+. You & the other poster are using similar reasoning to when Kell Brook thought just because he was walking around heavy (probably 180-185) that he could fight at MIddleweight. He found out real quick he wasn't built for 160 & realized he was way smaller

I've seen both Spence and Canelo in person, Spence numerous times since we about the same age and both from Dallas, Canelo once. Canelo is short and stocky, I honestly believe 5'8 is a lie. I'm 6'2(6'3 in boots) and the whole time I saw Canelo I was thinking to myself how small he was. Spence aint big to me either, but he is naturally bigger than Canelo but Canelo frame does suit moving up in weight more than Spence cause Spence is big and long, Canelo is big and built like a box. Reminds me of me and my homeboy. He 5'10 and built stocky like that and he LOOKS bigger than I do even though I'm about 25-30 pounds heavier than him cause of that boxy frame. But old boy does have a point which is why I don't like to entertain Spence-Nelo yet, we really don't know if Spence can fight at that weight effectively bruh. Just cause you CAN fight there don't mean you SHOULD fight there.

Regardless it's obvious if things go on the trajectory they are trying to build them up to this is the next boxing super fight they are trying to build up, it aint happening anytime soon. Maybe 2021 at the earliest but Spence has at least 3 fights at Welter and at least one tune up middleweight fight before we should start taking this convo serious.

There's no way in hell Spence who fought at 152 in the Ammy's then dropped to 47 his whole pro career is bigger than Canelo who's fought at 54 & was having weight issues for years, moved to 60, fought at 68, & might fight at 75. Tank Davis balloons up to these guys size when not training; so that means he's just as big as them & can fight at their weight? Veteran as in hes been doing this for awhile on a higher level against higher competition.

People underestimate the importance of fighting at a certain level for a while.
