It's only a matter of time...its only matter of time ..

It’s only a matter of time till Canelo beats Spence’s ass? :russ:

The delusion in this thread :mjlol:

Don’t get me wrong Spence is elite... at 147

But Canelo is elite at 160 and he’s talking about fighting Callum Smith and Kovalev. He might be done with 160 completely by the time Spence gets there.

Canelo isnt elite..he's lucky he didnt lose the 2/4 fights. Lol.

Sergay and Smith arent money fights. He'll fight Spence..it went from elite to now he's about to stay at fukking 168 against Plant and Smith? Lol

I don't get that last part

I think in his physical dimensions Canelo would be at a big disadvantage at 168 but he's definitely talking more and more often about 168 and even Kovalev.

Imo thinking Spence beating Canelo is completely unfounded atm and it's rather wishful thinking from people who are Spence stans and/or Canelo haters

It's not unfounded..its common sense. You think Canelo is gonna do speed counters while Spence rushes in? Doubtful...I think Canelo eats body shots and gets caught in the exchanges....by round 6, Spence outworked him more and more. Its not that hard to see. Canelo should gave like 4 losses...Spence can do better than Lara and GGG.

Obviously I won't change your mind on this but for the last time...

Based on what?
That he outboxed a lightweight and beaten Brook? Don't get me wrong, while I'm arguing against Spence's case here I rate him very high, as an elite fighter, but for now only at 147.
Why would I think he would be slicker than a natural 154er, pure boxer Lara? He's not.
Why would I think he would bring more/better pressure than a natural 160er knockout puncher Golovkin? Golovkin and Spence have similar styles, both are intelligent pressure fighters who can box too if it's needed but their bread and butter is pressure that's where they excel. Obviously there are differences between them, like Spence is a southpaw and he isn't as concerned with trapping the opponent in the corners/on the ropes as Golovkin and etc... but basically they are both pressure guys. See their common opponent... Golovkin stopped Brook in 5, Spence did it in 11 in a harder fight.
If you gonna say that's because Golovkin"s size advantage over Brook you're right and that's my point. Golovkin is an elite pressure fighter at 160 while Spence is an elite pressure fighter at 147, nothing makes me think that if Golovkin couldn't even seriously hurt Canelo, Spence would do it. Nothing makes me think that if Lara couldn't clearly outbox a still green Canelo, Spence would do it to the prime version.
So yeah it's unfounded, based on you liking of Spence and/or dislike toward Canelo.
And I didn't even mention Golovkin's iron chin which helped him to keep up the pressure in most of the first Canelo vs GGG fight and probably saved him from getting hurt a couple of times. Canelo also has a great chin. We don't know the same about Spence not even in 147 let alone 160...

You got some overrated cats ahead of Spence in your view from the out look of things..Canelo wont do none of that shyt he's been doing against Spence. It's not hard to see. Canelo should of been able to coast against GGG if he was what you really want him to be but GGG whooped his ass bad in round 10 of the 2nd fight...and ever since, Caneko has fought Felding and barely got past Jacobs.

Thats a great summary. I think you'd have to add that Spence got rocked a few times in exchanges by a shot Brook too, i dont know if he'll be able to stand up to canelo flush in exchanges :sadcam:. There's the off chance that spence could win on points staying on his bike, but theres zero chance (in my opinion) of Spence knocking out canelo :gucci:

:francis: spence dont do it fam, at least not until you clean up the 147lb division. Build your name and your legacy, Oscar will put all kind of stipulations in order for you to fight canelo, like they did my boy kirkland.
Kirkland was not caliber of Spence

... You clearly don't read., Oscar will try to catch Spence at a stalling point and put in the contract the only way you can get the canelo fight is to wait, til then you cannot be active . Kirkland sat out 2years before they finally made the fight.

You say canelo isn't elite but the guy you're dikk riding to hate on him doesn't even believe that :mjlol:

Errol Spence has openly stated for years that he's a big canelo fan. He also has him in his personal top 3 P4P. So does andre ward and lomachenko. These are 3 potential hall of famers and all time great talents saying that canelo is elite. But I guess you know more about boxing than they do right:pachaha:

The only thing that's not hard to see is that you have a personal vendetta against canelo. You're not even being subtle with it. Whenever somebody breaks down this matchup on a deep level you just respond with emotional rants about how canelo is overrated. Dudes are trying to be cordial with you by giving you a legit breakdown and you can't even meet them with the same level of respect. You makin yourself look like a clown who can't break the sport down on an intricate level. That's why you respond with emotion instead of intelligence.

A lot of us have our little beefs in here. We can crack jokes on eachother and talk shyt. But when it comes down to it, we can also debate the fukk out of a topic and back up our opinions with real knowledge. I don't see eye to eye with a lot of them #shookboys, but I still gotta respect their opinion cause they can actually argue their perspective thoroughly. And you haven't proven you can do the same. So after a while people are just gonna start tuning you out. If you got an opinion then back that shyt up with some real analysis. If you can't do that, nobody cares what you have to say. At this point, anybody who doesn't think canelo is elite just doesn't know boxing.

Homie..Spence just did a interview last weekend saying he would kick Canelo's ass. No matter what he says about his ability, he has never and will never say Canelo is the best fighter today. Lol. Get real.

Personal vendetta? Canelo has great skills..but he cheated last year and he is seemingly ducking Andrade. Spence dont have those issues.
