Easier said then done, well at least for me.

Here's what you do.

Practice on a few fat chicks. You see a fat bytch or two at the bar, spit game. See how you do and go from there. Eventually you will be confident enough to approach women who you're attracted to. This is how everything in life works. If you were a surgeon, you wouldn't immediately jump into the ER, you'd practice on cadavers. Same applies with game.

Ditch that shyt immediately. A smile is absolutely essential to success with women, and really in life in general. I bet you'll find a lot more doors open up to you if you just smile.

sumtimes you just gotta focus on yourself and making sure ur comfortable with the situation your are in. the females will notice and they start checkin for you cuz your interesting and not overly thirsty. then when they come up to you have your pick .
