So we gon act like it doesnt go down in newark and Patterson and Camden ? :camby:
and?

:mjlol:

Ain't nobody except for Meth/Heroin addicts trading life in NJ for Pennsylvania. Fukk most Philly cats party and chill in South Jersey.

People see Newark and Camden (the worst parts of it anyway) and the industrial sector and think all of Jersey is like that. New Jersey is one the most well educated, richest states. I'm not saying Jersey is perfect but the nicer parts of Jersey shyt on almost anywhere else in the country. If you make a decent income (60k+) you can get yourself a nice apt near the train lines, and you're never more than 90 minutes from the shore. Plus if you are in tech/engineering/pharmaceuticals, there's 75k+ jobs waiting for you.
this, Essex, Somerset, Union and Middlesex have middle class black enclaves too

even are cities have relatively high black graduation rates

You're stupid. I was born in central jersey and moved to PA. I got hard proof and anecdote that a lot of the SMART families from jersey moved to PA.

N.J. residents are leaving for Pennsylvania in increasingly large numbers

I'm pressed to say "Show me what $250k buys you in Los Angeles, New York, and then show me what $250k buys you in Chicago."

How are you going to have money to travel to Boston/Philly/DC when you spend all your money on a NYC shoebox condo? :jbhmm:

How are you going have funds to enjoy the "lots to do, places to visit, and beautiful women of LA" when you paid $300k for a shack in a bad area? :jbhmm:

These nikkas watch movies and tv shows about NYC and LA and dream about going there when in real life, they'd be packed like sardines in a 5 bedroom roomshare house/apartment or living in a 400 sq. foot junior 1 bedroom paying $1,650 a month for it but, feeling like they winning because they can get Vietnamese food at 3am :ahh:

I would rather live in cities like Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta and maybe Washington D.C. (I'm in D.C. now but, I'd only stay long term if I made more money) over New York or LA. If you search real estate listings and you can only get a crackhouse for $300,000 then you need to ask yourself if living in the big city is really worth it.

And DC cost more than L.A.

I pick LA over DC

Its almost the only state that declined from last year:ohhh:

Are People Really Leaving Illinois In Droves?
Look at the crime rate where most of us live.

Anybody black with the resources would leave too. When will American black men hold each other accountable for our self-destructive behavior patterns they keep us from progressing as a collective?
