My dream has always been if I had that type of money to build like a black village. I would also try to get other black people with money to invest in it.
Give half to build Dr. Umar Johnson school.
cream floats to the top. i want kids who are already excelling in hostile situations to get help and opportunities. not a selective program that tries to predict who will be good.
To keep it real exceptional Black kids already get a lot of help. I was in a Gifted and talented Program until I wasn't.
Besides even a valedictorian in a terrible school district won't know basic ass shyt.
I graduated early from a school for drop outs and was given college level assignments Because the Teacher knew that we could do them

If you wanted to help out indentified smart kids all you'd have to do is go to Black millionaire houses and if they have a Mother and a father fund their education because intact families and involved parents are the key to success for every kid. The so called genius Asian kids basically had Tiger Moms demanding that there kids perform.
shyt even the Jackson 5 became great because Joe Jackson beat their asses to make them perform.
Believe me at one point I wanted to be an Educational Psychologist There's tons of kids slipping through the cracks.
the whole reason girls do better in school is because girls are better at following simple instructions in rote education.
Boys learn best through investigation and collaboration.
You can sit a girl in class and tell her 1 plus 1 equals 2 and she'll accept it
It;'s to make boys learn geology by making them get in small groups and tell them to make a geographical land form
I made a volcano out of paper mache in the 3rd grade by the forth grade I mentallly checked out and started writing on my desk fukk the assignements.
3rd grade teacher was dynamic and a disciplinarian forth grade teacher was passive and did nothing she didn't even ask me to stop writing on the damn desk
Both teachers were Black women.
I used to shyt on the Boule Blacks now I understand them.
I wouldn't be around actual Boule lighskins if I could avoid them but I would be around as many Black self made millionaries as I could

do you mean actual Village or do you mean Fairfax Village in DC?
Because theres tons of of places where Black people live together all over the world both in actual farming villages and in communities all over you just don't hear about them because the fukkery is miminal.
Speaking of Fairfax village back in the day it was a nice middle class area but the kids weren't regulated and I dated a chick who ended up fukking with " Love Boat" what non DC cats would call sherm or PCP and she jumped or fell off of a Project building
It was one story so she didn't die but she had what we now call a TBI.
She ended up married and she wrote some childrens books.
again you need intact and involved parents my ghetto ass should've never been allowed to meet her much less date her.
I'd establish a lot more intergenerational programs across the US to preserve and document our history for perpetuity.

- local black owned bank to get payday loans out, emergency rooms etc (predatory services run by other races)
- slow rollout of black owned businesses like grocery stores & professional services
- development of public schools and public art installations / museums
- introduction of our own police force

By Village I just mean a small community of people that can be self sufficient. I'm not really talking about a farming community.
As i get older, i realize that group economics is a damn myth. Everybody is out for self. 200 million dollars is a drop in the bucket for what needs to be done for black people. I would help out friends and family and maybe donate to my high school and college and DASIT
