Tough question,

I thought about Killmonger, Bane, or Magneto. I feel like those 3 may give the most pay and comfort. And they aren't entirely evil evil. Every other Villian you probably cannon fodder.

Thing about Magneto is you got superheros after you. Bane probably has other cartels trying to gain power.

A good point can be had about working for Lex Luthor.
