Spider-Man's actual abilities like Spidey-Sense gives him the edge to me.

Also could be wrong, but I feel like Spidey's gallery is more likely to team up than Batman's. Bane broke Batman by throwing a gauntlet of villains at him then sneaking into his crib for mop up duty, I have no reason to believe Norman wouldn't try something similar.

Also Black Cat is badder than Catwoman...that's a S rank distraction right there

Plus Batman would get packed up by Jameson...man would deliver slander unlike anything we've ever seen before. He'd get Batman cancelled within a week
