Walcott can do the 100m in 10.30

Henry in and around 11 secs.

Ronaldinho and Kaka, blessed with athleticism and excellent techique. Now when they were fit and health they would ball on everyone we seen the videos right? Their technique while being top notch was too dependant on their athleticism and once they lost their athleticism their game suffered. Dinho because he would :dj2:  and :eat: and Kakas due to knee injuries. Now while they still technically better than most people they come up against what they want to do and what they can do are 2 different things now. Dinho barely moves now and is all tricks, while Kaka tries his best once he comes up against good defenders and midfielders he looks a shadow of the player who was the worlds best in 07.

Real Ronaldo was just a gift from the gawds he was never the same player after his 2 knee injuries but he adapted and was still able to do what he do, because his technique and a few other bits and pieces was so good but hes just a special case one in a generation and all that

Most of the American NBA/NFL players would be Kevin Prince Boateng/Steven Gerrard types

And Barca/Spain the way they play is 35-40 years in the makin. Bu-bu-but Barca built their acadamy in 93, Your mum and dad use to fukk before you shot out of your dads dikk that one time right? They taken the best parts of the Dutchs Total Football concept added with Spanish ball possession and technique added with pressin game taken from some mad genius in Argentina and a coach who had ties to the club from when he was a ball boy, player, captain and then youth coach an idol to alot of the players he was gunna coach and the rest they say is history.

Why isn't Russia comparable to us athletically? China? India? Etc.

They are IMO

Russia's got great athletes

from their Hockey team, top 2 heavyweight fighters in the world right now, female tennis players, national football team , etc. etc.

Breh, I will give you their hockey team and that's really it. No female russian tennis player is better than Serena...EVER and she doesn't even train hard and she is out of shape most of the time. Their soccer team has gotten better, no doubt...but they are not elite in any way. Russians only dominate HEAVYWEIGHT boxing is because American youth have been losing interest it. America has the best boxing coaches in the world, we just don't have kids that care for it anymore. The reason why a guy like Mayweather boxes is because he grew up in a boxing family. I'm sure all his friends growing up wanted to be bball or football players.

America hasnt had the best boxers in the world since the mid 90s

and while Russia may not have a talent as good as Serena, they have greater depth than the US does right now. Serena is the only US tennis player that still plays at a high level right now for the men and women.

and yeah, thats bizarre as hell to say the US got the best boxing coaches when Cuban boxers are ALWAYS technically better than everyone outside of a select few.

No doubt, Russia and the entire former Soviet has better depth. But if he is going to say that they have the top 2 boxers in the world. I can also say for many years the Williams sisters were top 2 until Venus fell off. :manny:

Cuba has produce some great track and field athletes and of course babeball players. Their technical training in sports is always top notch. I will give credit where credit is due. :obama: I know that sanctions against Cuba at times prevents us from seeing their talent, but let's give the US credit for producing technically sound boxers like..

Mayweather
Whitaker
Sugar Ray Leonard
Sugar Ray Robinson
Hopkins
De La Hoya
Holyfield

Mexico has produced a great amount of boxers as well and should be overlooked.

Outside of BHop and maybe DLH the rest of the people you mentioned had supreme athleticism over everyone else in their era and natural talent.

Holyfield had heart and a tough chin to go along witth drugs in the latter half of his career.

:flabbynsick: was a great technical fighter

I feel you and no doubt their natural ability and their athleticism made them great as well. We just won't see boxers from the US like that anytime soon. Might have to wait for another boxer's son ala Mayweather to come up through the ranks.

This one size fits all excuse again.

Listen you have more kids than most countries in the world. How many do you need to "care"?

So what youre saying is you dominate, as long as your kids in the programs outnumber rivals by 100-1. Its a false dominance. you mistaking a simple numbers game for intrinsic qualities. You outpunch your weight in nothing. No cuba-boxing, no jamacia-sprinting. Nothing.

I take it that you are a foreigner. :stopitslime:

I did not know one kid growing that wanted to be a boxer...NOT ONE.

All we need is one to care, like Mayweather to knock out british dummies.

Yes mayweather is a fantastic boxer, proven world class in a truly global sport.

I see no reason to acknowledge the so called abilities of any single NFL player, who have proven absolutely nothing bar being good local athletes. To offer these guys up as proof of anything, proof youd dominate internationally at anything, is outrageous.
