You mad because lil Wayne not performing at the super bowl

You mad because dame is your idol

Again, that has nothing to do with hip hop. Pop doesn’t dictate what goes on in hip hop spaces. And in hip hop spaces, there will likely never be a timeline where Jay isn’t relevant in someway shape, form, or fashion. Hate him or not.

Not saying he wouldn’t be relevant. I’m saying being married to Beyonce has helped him greatly stay more relevant than he would be over the last 15 years.

I'll never understand how you cats constantly fall for engagement farming.

Anyway, this obviously a "look at me please!" ass take but "BP" wouldn't exist without "Supreme Clientele".

Obviously "BP" was the bigger album but I can't say it changed anything when it was heavily influenced by an album that came out shortly prior to it.

Revisionist history VOL 2 has more hits than most rappers careers.

Also let's do a spin and see how many artist truly mattered in history
Ye- self explantory
Drake- Helped Ye and Cudi bring in mood music and helped give numerous artist their big shine
Kendrick- Helped bring the west coast back commercially/TPAB huge influence on many artist including Jay and Beyonce
Big-The first rap phenom
Tupac-Death Row Run and East/West coast beefs
Nas-Baby pictures on albums, countered the strength of the west coast, made the G Rap style of rap truly pop
Gucci Mane- Southern rap Big Brother
Wayne- Most influential artist of the past 20 years

Of course their are many different artist but let's not act like the number is over 75-100 just like the NBA is around that number as well.
