People crying robbery are just jumping on the bandwagon. Canelo swept the first 3 rounds then came back strong to close it out. And there were a few rounds where one guy would win half the round then the other guy would win the 2nd half. That's just how it was. Little g definitely didn't show any type of boxing greatness today. He was pretty much only successful when canelo would exhaust himself. And even when he had canelo against the ropes and canelo had no energy he was missing 80% of the punches. Little g was coming forward but his fans don't wanna admit canelo had him hesitant as fukk throughout the fight. Even when he had canelo trapped he would barely throw cause he was fearful of the counter shots. Just look at both of their faces. Canelo easily landed the harder and more effective shots. He was rattling little g's whole body in the first few rounds and backing him down. But once his endurance gave out, little g gained confidence and just kept coming.

But even though canelo was exhausted out of his mind, little g still barely managed to land many flush punches and could never hurt canelo. For a guy who's supposedly knocking out heavyweights in sparring, that's inexcusable. Canelo had no energy left. If you're truly a great fighter and a monster puncher you have to at least put him down. You can't let a guy who was running on empty for 8 rounds manage to steal off 30 punch combos on you with no response. If canelo fixes the stamina problem, he will wipe him out clean in the rematch. When they were actually toe to toe in the middle of the ring, canelo was schooling him like we'd never seen anybody do. props to golovkin cause he's a machine, but dude was nothing special tonight. Well his chin and work rate were special. But as far as boxing ability goes, he's obviously nowhere near his fans claim. I still gained respect for him regardless cause the man is a warrior. But I think people are focused on the 118-110 scorecard when the truth is neither of these guys clearly won this fight tonight. A draw was more than fair.

There are no adjustments to make for GGG he is who we thought he was. Now for Canelo I think he can tweak a few things and maybe if he does he can win a lot more upside for Canelo because he felt GGG power and now we all know GGG doesn't get tired.

Will Canelo make the adjustments tho. I think GGG did what he had to do to win. Canelo didn't BEAT the champ so

There are a few adjustments to make for GGG, the biggest one being to get a better start. GGG was nervous as shyt the first 3 rounds. As soon as Abel Sanchez got in his head, he let that shyt go. Also I think that hook to end the 3rd round changed the entire fight. I think that hook hurt Canelo and from then on Canelo lost confidence. Honestly the only thing stopping GGG is father time. If he can keep his power respectable and his current strength at at least 80%, I don't see anyone beating him, at least for the next 2 years. The Charlos can do as much barking as they want, but both would have been carried out in a stretcher had they faced this GGG

So.. I was riding for Cinnabon on this shyt. And imo, he stepped up.

I personally felt like GGG won.. But I can understand all the bullshyt that happened afterwards.

We all know that decision was to try and force a second fight with greedy nikkas... But technically they weren't that far off. There was a lot of rounds where GGG statistically landed more but lost the actual round and vice versa.

I like Canelo but to be honest, he started gassing in the 4th and it was obvious. He should've lost after that but Canelo still held his own...

Talent-wise, Canelo is the better fighter and thats OBVIOUS... But Canelo could not keep up with the pressure that GGG is known for. It was a great fight tho imo... I would watch pt2

Canelo was robbed HBO is just trying to keep their bum GGG alive. Fight wasn't even close, the first judge is the only one to score the fight correctly. GGG couldn't even hurt Canelo; Canelo outboxed and landed the harder punches in this fight. Stuff like this is why Boxing is such a joke.

GGG pressured a lot but he didn't do anything really THAT effective. This shyt is skewing people's thoughts. It's supposed to be effective aggression. You don't win a round just because you're advancing and you don't lose it just because you're backing up. That's why we see the score so tight outside of that one judge's scorecard.

GGG defense was trash.He tried to Floyd Mayweather his way to this win by stealing rounds landing a bunch of soft jabs to make his numbers look good but unlike Floyd his defense is trash and he was getting tagged all night

They had to be scoring punches of GGG that Canelo blocked cause he didn't land nowhere near the amount of punches(mainly power shots) that they say he did
