JR's obsession with Doc was always kind ofto me like he lived viciously through him. To think Doc had a future in WWF in the late 90s is insane when you think about it. He's a 1980s gaijin plopped in the middle of the AE. He looked like 1986, through suplexes that nobody could take(especially Austin), and had no character what so ever. I'd be lying if i wasn't morbidly curious if either Doc won or they choose to push Bart like he deserved.

from what I remember they did announce the tournamentwas it me or did that Brawl for All just pop up outta nowhere. Like they didn't announce it a week beforehand as a new thing or nothing. Just started on RAW randomly one night.
Far as Dr. Death, wasn't he pretty much past his prime at that point? I mean I remember when I was a kid he was possibly as his peak. So by that point he wasn't going to be main eventing. Unless JR just really got in Vince's ear.
