Gotta disagree...hip hop was DOMINANT at this point....they knew what it was, Biggie was already dead as well as Tupac, trust....Nickelodeon knew exactly who the lox were , Cube was and what they were about....but at this point Hip Hop was a household thing.....and has been ever since
