I wonder, is English the hardest language to learn out of all languages?

It can be. Even native English speakers struggle with it. Reading helps though.

Tonal languages like Mandarin and Vietnamese are some of the hardest to become fluent in for non native speakers. Plus Mandarin doesn't have an alphabet, so learning to read and write is a lot harder.

Spanish is harder than English.

There is like 100 different ways to simply say “I was” in Spanish 😭

English is probably the easiest. No genders to worry about.
It's the spelling which is nuts.

I used to break similar examples down years back and had no idea Gallagher been said it :ohhh:

You and everyone else trying to apply logic to English words after learning the proper enunciation of one, only to realize that it doesn't apply across the board. I'm not sure if it's the same for other languages, but English is notorious for that shyt.

It really depends on what your native language is.

Someone whose native language is Spanish will have a way easier time learning English than someone whose native language is Mandarin or Arabic.
