How do you know so many elementary school kids? You a teacher?

My mom is an elementary school teacher. It's been a big problem for her teaching the immigrant kids from Latino countries (also Haiti) because they can't speak English, and neither can most of their parents/guardians.

Kids pick up languages quicker than adults. So the kids will most likely be fine as they spend more time in America. However, most of the parents/guardians will not pick up English (or decent English). It's mostly because they stay in their community bubbles and don't make enough effort to learn English.
