HBCUs aren't poppin like you might think. A lot of them have strict rules that prevent a lot of partying, drinking, etc. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have went to an HBCU....the quality of education (facilities, research opportunities, alumni network) isn't as high as it should be and the social scene is pretty.
those strict rules are just for show, and to give some type of public display to the rest of america that "nikkas/hoes/hoodrats do not attend our institution"
The sheer amounts of fukkery that happens at the CIAA tournament,Howard Homecoming and Texas Relays leads me to not be able to c/s this.

The current crop of famous people are displaying a lack of masculinity, and pushing the current day homosexual acceptance. The feminization of black culture is in full force.
