it's not important to be around cac for "assimilation" or to prepare u for the "real" world. Just being black and going to college is good enough. We are the most aware about race relations and are the most adaptive out of any group. Period. i attended 3 white universities.... that shyt just reenforced the common sense that we all should have - I wish I'd attended a black school.... at least then I would have a larger network and more business connect that looked like me. There is an experience that you miss not attended a HBCU. If you're a c00n or on some mental integration high horse you may not be able to see it........ but you gain nothing by going to school w a bunch of cacs and white kids.

Black people in here putting down HBCUs although they have a higher rate of Black students gaining employment after graduation than Black students that attend PWIs
