It’s essentially unanimous that we want him gone and have wanted him gone for years. I forget which outlet put up the poll, but some paper or journalist recently put one up and over 80% of the people who replied said they had no faith in him as general manager. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a situation like this in any sport where a fanbases so thoroughly despises a coach or general manager but the owner won’t fire him even though he doesn’t deliver in any capacity and all his moves backfire while all the living franchise greats hate him too.

This Cashman press conference is another example of "I can do what I want, I'm never getting fired". The arrogance this man has is astounding. A fan might really put hands on him after this.
