Word, rookies gotta power their teams to the playoffs now?

Really, rookies are being judged by team success.....word?

We judging numbers on losing teams now...word? :camby: You the big homey but you wrong here. I ain't sayin' Wiggins is gonna be a Harold Miner type player, but it's way too early to say it was a better move to keep Wiggins, especially looking at were the Wolves are at and the adjustments Love is having to make

jr smith has played only a few games and bron wasn't even playing in a few of them. his 15 shots per game are going to go down as the season goes on.

Wiggins and loves stats are/were inflated because they were on a shytty team. but 26 and 13 is better than 15 and 4. What are you trying to say? Are you trying to imply that wiggins is better than love? Love has STRUGGLED this season and is still averaging 17 and 10.

@Malta, any last words? :mjpls:

Smith has averaged 13.3 shots per game since LeBron came back, the main reason his attempts will go down is because he's going to be coming off the bench.

How are Wiggins stats inflated, he's a creator on offense without any other options around him, he shouldn't even be in this situation right now and yet he's scoring 20ppg on 48% shooting as a 2 guard. Inflated stats would be terrible efficiency with really high usage (Michael Carter Williams), Wiggins usage rate while playing SG is lower than Waiters was when he was on the Cavs.

Yeah, Love has struggled and him being :ld: on offense is made worse by the fact he's a horrific defender. I'd rather have Wiggins on a rookie deal the next 4-5 years than Love making max and being pathetic defensively :yeshrug:

cavs were 19-20 2 games ago, the pelicans would be in their spot in the east :ld:

they'd prolly beat cleveland in a series too :mjpls:

Sig bet for a week if the Pelicans make the playoffs with the "#3 player in the L"

This nikka seriously thinks AD is a top 3 player :deadrose:

i don't think the pelicans will make the playoffs and i don't like them or AD, i was just throwing names out there :ld:

i could have put harden or westbrook in his place, they all have better arguments as top 3 players than lebron...but yall didn't refute that point anyway :mjpls:

it's crazy how much influence name recognition and ESPN be having on nikkas opinions on here :dead:
The Cavs had a top 5 offense early in the season when they were at least attempting to run Blatt's offense.

If they had this motherfukker controlling the paint

It's not too early, he's showing signs of being a franchise shooting guard that happens to be a two way player, that outweighs the jumpshooting and rebounding of Love.

I'd rather have Wiggins on a rookie deal and playing the 2, than to have to trade for Mozgov and Shumpert to hide the fact my "max" PF cannot play defense to save his life. The only thing that will make Love a better defender are getting better defensive players to go around him and hoping you don't run into a team that can exploit him in a 1 on 1 situation, like the Bulls (Gasol destroys Love) or the Hawks (Millsap is his father).

If you are on a team that sucks, your stats are going to be inflated. Averaging 20 on a playoff team is different than averaging 20 on the worst team in the league. Kevin love can opt out if he wants next year and Lebron can go get whoever he wants if Love leaves. Cavs are in a great position in the next few years.

Whaaaaaaaa? Rookies are typically on shytty teams, were Anthony Davis's stats inflated his rookie year? What about John Wall, Blake Griffin, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook etc etc etc. they were all on awful teams and posted numbers.

The Cavs are over the cap regardless of what Love does, they cannot sign whoever they want if he leaves.
