Not sure it would be a box office hit, but who knows. Chris and Jackie got the biggest payday in movie history for RH3. If they trying to get anything close to that for the 4th film, the movie cannot get made. Maybe sell it to Netflix who know its a long term draw no matter the quality.

Rattner is in exile in Israel waiting for WW3 to kick off so hes out. They could at least get the original writers if it ever does happen.
