Seems like the 50 percenters be the ones that go the gym once or twice a week and wonder why they don't see the progress they want.
Not tryna argue, just saying what I see. The lil 24/7 spot I go to has nothing but outta shape fat bodies and DYEL guys and girls in it. I can tell who's a regular because I remember their faces and they be coming in around the same time, but because their exercise selection, form, and effort are lacking they can't seem to slim down or buff up.
One dude built like Santa Claus will legit lift on machines for 15 minutes, stretch for 20, use the bathroom for 15 and then dip.
The cats that be doing work at my main gym stay hustling.
Just what I be seeing in my experience.
In either case OP gotta get his ass in the office.
