He got more arm talent than Dak too don't he ? What That do for us. That shyt is talkin points .
Reading defenses man bye . stay holding the ball to long throwing late . this ain't bout that tho.

Either how u see them coming in as prospects hey That's your business. People said Lamar Jackson wasn't shyt. He def wasn't the prospect Wentz was. He is the MVP.

If Wentz is who you say we will see this year, or is it another year of excuses .

If we can avoid the injury bug, we'll be fine

My major concern right now is LB and OL depth

Bru let that Hill shyt go its BS. That's. Just fluff, Hurts is here in case they wanna move on from wentz.
:mjlol:

Carson Wentz

How exactly do they start thinking about moving on from Wentz when they guaranteed him $107 million through 2024 on a contract signed just last year? Are you really gonna sit here and tell me they would sign Wentz to a huge-ass extension just to think about moving on from him a year later after he went 9-7 and made the playoffs? Even the most idiotic GM in the league isn’t going to throw his career away and do this.

I know you hate the guy and wanna blame him for everything that goes wrong with the team, but think about it for a moment. If the Eagles actually thought any of this, they would never have extended Wentz in the first place. If they weren't 100% sold on Wentz as their QB of the future, they would have either traded him or franchise tagged him, like every other team not fully committed to a QB does (see: Kirk Cousins on the Washington Redskins).

I'm not even acknowledging the rest of that post because it's stupid. Not once did I suggest Hurts was here to be Taysom Hill 2.0. If you actually read anything I wrote, you'd see that I think he's here to ultimately be a trade piece.

Breh I think Jeff Lurie said fukk this i gotta protect my investment which is the Philadelphia Eagles. If you can grab an Heisman type QB at the second round why the fukk not???? This damn kid Wentz hasn't proved shyt in the league and been hurt since High School.

This is a business and I am pretty sure it was mention that they can trade him starting 2021 or 22. I bet any amount of Coli cash this kid get hurt again this year.

Let's not discuss the rumors of his locker room conduct and how players don't feel him like that. So don't be mad at Howie and Doug, this was ownership stepping in.

Tired of these damn complainers treating this kid like he god.

It's not about thinking Wentz is god. It's about what they've invested in him (this includes Lurie, too, he was a part of the process when the Eagles drafted Wentz and when they extended him) and what it says about how they see him. No NFL team is guaranteeing $100 million to a QB without thinking of him as their long-term QB of the future, and they certainly aren't giving up on him a year later. If Lurie, Howie and Doug thought that little of Wentz, he'd either have been traded last season or franchise tagged this one.

Lurie has already said last year the Eagles want to be drafting QBs almost every year to develop. It's an organizational philosophy with them. That's likely what the Hurts pick was ultimately about.

He hasn't proved sh*t in the league?

81 TDs and only 21 ints the last 3 seasons....25-15 record last 3 seasons...top 6 arm talent in the league

You can't evaluate QB play if you question anything besides his durability

Theres no point in these well thought out and logical posts when discussing Wentz with the those guys

Don't waste your time. It's just in one ear and out the other
