Sum up what he said, title is amazingly misleading.

He starts it off by saying both fighters deserve the blame. he says pac deserves some blame due to him trying to negotiate the testing ( i believe) . then he said they later on agreed to it , but it was too late because floyd changed his mind. ( thinks thats where the 100% ppv came in ?) Later on he said he believes floyd doesn't want to ruin/chance his undefeated record fighting pac. ( escpically if the money is going to come regardless). Also hinted that bob arum and floyd might wait till the last fight for each , so it ends with a bang(whats that 2 years?)

And this brings up my question.

At this point in time the excuse/reason floyd and manny wont happen is due to the problems between floyd and bob correct? If that was the sole reason, then why did it take several negotiations to finally come out ? it started with the steroids and testing , then it went to percentage , and then it went to im not fighting if he signed to bob . if bob was the sole reason , why wasn't that the reason from the jump? why did it take several steps to be publicly announced? Lets not act like floyd was directly talking shyt about manny at first , then it transitioned to only bob.
