Its one of my favourites. Its not cold, its room temperature and really well seasoned. Ive never had it with the egg on top though and I've had it a few times. This is not something you make at home though.


Before anybody comes in here and says its ground beef, it isn't. Its chopped/ diced filet mignon.
Room temp? Really?

You're not supposed to. No smoke or true heat touching that meat. Ppl only do that shyt cos they're too lazy to clean the grill afterwards.

We've been doing that since our first BBQ as kids tho...:heh: When I get my own grill I will do something different...:mjgrin:

I’ve given up on telling people what temperature they should be eating their steaks. It’s really a personal choice. While I think well done is a waste of a steak, some people are honestly not comfortable eating meat that is not cooked all the way through.

Yeah, its a small portion that you get with crostinis. I finish mine, its not a big portion.
