Heads up:
The teriyaki has too much sugar in it and will cause the steak to burn in certain places. Cook it and brush the teriyaki on later
Also the secret to good steak is knowing it is going to keep cooking itself for up to 5 minutes after you remove from pan. So learn to check doneness by how much give is in the meat and anticipation.
