Nothing wrong with grilling with foil, just punch holes in the spread dispersed evenly.
It can still be well done and juicy as well, not everyone can do that/its a harder play. Breh that mentioned marinating beforehand is talking facts, if you have time, do it overnight
Smoker grill is the way though.
I converted to medium years ago, thats as far as I go. I dont mess with that rare only. Well done is great as long as it is succulent
I actually have a grill/smoker combo but primarily use the grill section... Quick question should I season & marinate the steak and keep it in a ziploc bag overnight would that seal in the juices and make it more flavored when cooked?!? I wanted to do that but I was marinating while cooking...
