Honey roasted teriyaki ribs I can understand or wings. Steak is another thing altogether.Not a lot of labels I'll accept but being a steak snob is one. Still tryna fathom honey roasted, teriyaki steak.

Reverse searing is how I do my steaks. Takes a little longer, but it comes out close to perfection. I've heard the same thing about sous vide.Thread is hilarious.
Any of y'all fukk with reverse searing your steaks?
I started making all my steaks (i usually get one larger enough for my lady and I to share and have leftovers) using that method. Comes out exactly the right temp each time.
Might finally take the plunge on a sous vide this year. I hear going the reverse sear method via sous vide is about as good as it gets.
