SOOOOO many nikkaz do this shyt until they see the light...and that's if they do :scust:

that's one thing I give cacs credit for. I saw the light after having a medium steak cooked at one of my wife's cac coworkers house about 15 years ago. I felt so ashamed afterwards. Her husband cooked this fire ass ribeye....tender as a mufukka. Butter, salt, pepper, and a lil garlic/onion seasoning.

used to douse my shyt with A1 like most nikkaz and having that shyt burnt.

A nice ribeye cooked medium and juicy......

Yeah once you set aside that stupid fear of myoglobin(ITS NOT fukkING BLOOD) that nikkas develop somehow and finally taste a properly done steak(anything over medium is shyt) you'll never go back. I converted my last 3 girlfriends from well done steaks with tobasco :scust:

Shout out to my grandfather, that nikka put me on to Med Rare real young :to:

It smells so good with the honey terriyaki sauce mixed into the meat...:ohlawd: it's still piping hot im gonna eat a piece in a minute..
You got a nice char on the outside, next time use a thermometer and take it off the fire 7-5 degrees of your desired temp. Let it rest for 8-10 minutes.
