thats really all you need. You gotta have that coarse kosher salt. I sear mine for a minute or so on each side and throw it in the oven for a few minutes. It took me a while to get it right. The first time, it looked like the OP’s. The next time it was way undercooked and had to go back in the oven. It got better after that
